I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s kind of a skeptic about the “benefits” of yoga.  When I think about what I’m gonna do for exercise, I imagine sweating profusely, not being able to catch my breath, and falling over from exhaustion when I’m done. 

To me, yoga had always seemed like a bunch of stretching and ???  And then I tried it.  And it was more challenging than my 5 mile run.  Apparently, yoga’s good for targeting all of the muscles that other exercises neglect.  Here’s some more yoga benefits for you.
